Bethel Community Fellowship, a ministry of New Horizons Family Ministry, is a family of believers established in Cleveland, NY in 1990 by Pastors Ralph and Debbie Stamp. New Horizons has been associated with the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening since 2013.
Our passion is to teach, train, impart and release disciples to do the works of God's kingdom.

At Bethel we value the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:8-10) and have seen lives changed through our prophetic and healing ministry. Once a quarter we have a service on the first Friday evening of that month to give opportunity for people to encounter a supernatural God. We desire to see our community transformed through encounters with a good and loving God and receiving spiritual, physical, emotional and inner healing.

We have weekly services at 10 AM Sundays where attendees participate in lively and reverent worship, have fellowship and hear a message of encouragement from the Word of God. We also offer a children's service for ages 5 - 12 during the calendar school year.
